Rates
I offer a sliding scale fee payment based on gross household income. To
determine the amount you will pay for sessions, please provide evidence of
the previous year's annual income to me so that we can begin to determine
the cost of fee per session. Remember that all information is
kept confidential and that no one else will have
access to your information. I do not accept insurance at this point in
time, however you may discuss with your insurance company as to whether they
are willing to pay for a therapist who specializes in Deafness and employs
sign-language.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Again, I charge
$105 to $130 per session. A limited number of discounted sessions are
available based on demonstrated financial need.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay
the full cost of the session.
